MEMBERSHIP IS NON-REFUNDABLE
IMPORTANT: ALL MEMBERSHIP PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
Once a membership has been purchased, the membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Membership fees are non-refundable once the purchase has been completed.
• You cannot request a refund simply because you change your mind after purchasing.
• Missing live classes does not qualify you for a refund.
• Choosing not to participate after purchase does not qualify you for a refund.
• Failure to use the available program materials does not qualify you for a refund.
• A change in personal circumstances after purchase does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
• Membership access cannot be transferred to another person.
• You cannot sell, gift, assign or otherwise transfer your membership.
• Login credentials cannot be shared with another person.
Any exception to this policy will be entirely at the discretion of My Womb Journey and must be confirmed in writing.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
PREGNANCY CHANGES AFTER PURCHASE
We understand that pregnancy can change unexpectedly.
If your circumstances change after purchasing a program, including changes in your pregnancy or exercise recommendations from your healthcare provider, you should follow your healthcare provider’s advice.
However, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by My Womb Journey, such changes do not create an automatic entitlement to a refund or transfer of your membership.
Where appropriate, you may continue to access educational content that does not conflict with your healthcare provider’s recommendations.
MISSED CLASSES
If you are unable to attend a scheduled live class, session or workshop, you will not automatically be entitled to:
• A refund
• A partial refund
• A membership extension
• A credit
• A transfer of membership
Where recordings are provided as part of your purchased program, you may access them according to the program’s stated access period.
TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Termination due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Unauthorized sharing or distribution of program materials may result in termination of your access without refund, in addition to any other rights available to us under applicable law.

By purchasing a My Womb Journey membership, you acknowledge that:

☐ I understand that I should consult my healthcare provider before beginning or continuing pregnancy exercise.
